Can Prestige help if I already have a supplier?
Yes. We can help with supplier communication, purchasing, production follow-up and order coordination. Tell us which parts you need help with.
Can you just handle shipping from China?
Yes. We handle freight-only shipments from China, including supplier collection, consolidation, international shipping and delivery arrangements. Select Freight / Shipping in the enquiry form below and send us the shipment details you have.
For shipments under 50 kg, a $15 USD admin fee applies when you are not sourcing through Prestige Sourcing.
Do you work with first-time importers?
Yes. We can help clarify requirements and explain the next steps. Full sourcing is generally suited to projects with a product direction and commercial budget; paid consulting may be a better first step if you are still exploring your idea.
What information do you need to provide a quote?
For sourcing, send your product details, quantity, target market and any supplier links. For freight, start with the goods and destination; add weight, packed dimensions, collection city and a packing list if available.
Can you consolidate products from multiple suppliers?
We can check whether your goods can be brought together in China for one shipment. Send each supplier's location, goods details and expected readiness dates.
Is there a minimum order value?
Most full-service sourcing projects require a product purchase value of $10,000 USD. Our limited-scope Alibaba Quote Matching service may suit straightforward orders from $5,000 USD. Smaller projects may suit paid consulting or one-off support. These sourcing minimums do not apply to freight-only enquiries. See our pricing overview for suitability and scope.
How do your fees work?
Fees depend on your project scope, order volume and the support you need. We can provide focused China-side support or manage more of the sourcing process, with the scope and fees agreed before work starts. Freight may be quoted separately. See our pricing overview.
