Courier can make a small overseas shipment easier to follow, with parcel tracking and delivery through one carrier network. We check options such as DHL, FedEx, UPS and EMS against your parcel contents and destination.

Send the complete address before booking. Remote areas, islands and PO Boxes may have different delivery options. Tell us about batteries, liquids or other restricted contents so we can check the carrier’s rules.
The receiver may need to provide customs documents or an importer number and pay local import charges. See our international shipping requirements for what to prepare. If courier is unsuitable, we can separately check air freight.

The receiver should be available to answer customs or delivery questions. The documents and importer details needed depend on the goods and destination country.

We explain the total courier price, including any remote-area or service charges, and clarify who pays duties, taxes and fees for the courier paying import charges on your behalf. These are included only where stated in your quote.

Send the complete address and receiver’s contact details so we can check the courier network. Remote locations, islands, PO Boxes and restricted addresses need to be checked individually.
Tracking lets you follow the parcel, but customs may still need information from the receiver. For larger goods collected at an airport or depot, compare air freight.

Tell us about your shipment
Shipping under 50kg? A 15 USD administration fee applies if you are not sourcing through Prestige Sourcing. This applies to all shipping methods.
For most shipments under 100kg, you or your supplier will need to arrange delivery to the nominated warehouse in China. You can enquire before you know the supplier’s location. We will help confirm the pickup or warehouse-delivery arrangements before your goods are sent.

Are all named courier networks available for my parcel?
No. The carrier, service, goods and delivery postcode must be checked. We will confirm the carrier for your parcel before booking.
Can samples or gifts be sent without customs details?
Samples and gifts still need customs information. Send an accurate description and value; we will help clarify the documents needed for the destination.
Are import charges included in courier transport?
Import charges are included only where stated in your quote. We explain who pays duties, taxes, local charges and any fee for the courier paying import charges on your behalf.
What if the courier will not accept my cargo?
We can assess commercial air freight or another method for your goods. Each service has its own acceptance rules, so we will check the product and packing details before recommending an alternative.
What does the delivery estimate include?
We explain the starting and finishing points of your estimate, including the agreed customs and local delivery stages. Dates depend on your route and the services included in your quote.
What do you need for a quote?
Start with your name, email, destination country and city, and what you are shipping. If known, add the packed size and weight, supplier’s location, date the goods will be ready and the receiver’s details.
Does the under-50kg administration fee apply?
A 15 USD administration fee applies under 50kg if you are not sourcing through Prestige Sourcing, across all methods. Send your goods details so we can check the available service.
Where can I check the import requirements?
We coordinate customs clearance with the relevant destination clearance agent and tell you what information is needed. You are responsible for supplying accurate and complete factual information about the goods, including the description, quantity, value, contents/materials and supporting documents. We flag obvious issues where we can, but cannot verify undisclosed or incorrect information. Customs or other authorities may request evidence or inspect the shipment.
