Tell us the contents, size, weight and delivery address. We will check the available service and confirm the collection or drop-off arrangements in China. The receiver may still need to provide customs information or pay import charges.

How express courier works
Review your shipment
Supplier pickup or warehouse delivery
Pickup depends on your supplier’s location. For most shipments under 100kg, you or your supplier will need to arrange delivery to the nominated warehouse in China. We will confirm the arrangements with you before your supplier sends the goods.
Move through the courier network
Plan NZ delivery
We confirm whether courier pickup is available from your supplier’s location. If pickup is unavailable, your supplier sends the shipment to the nominated handling point.
Prestige Sourcing can coordinate express courier shipments from major export centres such as Yiwu, Shanghai, Ningbo, Guangzhou and Shenzhen.
After arrival, the courier can deliver the shipment to a depot, warehouse, business or other physical address, depending on the selected service.

How long does express courier to New Zealand take?

Can you arrange final delivery?
We can arrange final delivery where a suitable service is available. Send us the collection and delivery addresses; we will check the service and explain the customs arrangements and quote inclusions before booking.
What information should I send for a quote?
First, send your name, email, NZ destination and goods type. Also include weight, packed dimensions, collection city and purchase terms if known. A packing list helps us assess your shipment.
Can I ship less than 50kg?
Send your goods details so we can check a suitable service. A 15 USD administration fee applies to shipments under 50kg if you are not sourcing through Prestige Sourcing. The fee applies to all shipping methods.
Is express courier the same as air freight?
Express courier uses a courier network for pickup, transport and delivery. Air freight may suit larger goods. Send your packed measurements, weight and delivery address and we will compare the suitable options.
Do courier weight and size limits vary?
Yes. Each courier has its own rules for parcel size, weight and contents. Large, light parcels may cost more because of the space they take up. Send the packed details so we can check the service and price.
Can a courier deliver to a PO Box or rural address?
Send the full address and postcode so we can check a suitable service. Some postal options may accept PO Boxes; we check commercial courier, rural and offshore coverage individually before booking.
Where can I check the NZ import requirements?
We coordinate customs clearance with the broker handling your shipment and tell you what information is needed. You are responsible for supplying accurate and complete factual information about the goods, including the description, quantity, value, contents/materials and supporting documents. We flag obvious issues where we can, but cannot verify undisclosed or incorrect information. Customs or other authorities may request evidence or inspect the shipment.
