Express courier
from China
Express courier can suit samples, documents, spare parts and other small parcels you need quickly. A courier network carries and tracks the parcel through to the agreed delivery address.
Send the contents, each parcel’s packed weight and measurements, and the full destination address. We will check which carrier and service can take it, then confirm the price and estimated delivery time.

Is express courier right for you?
Courier can make a small overseas shipment easier to follow, with parcel tracking and delivery through one carrier network. We check options such as DHL, FedEx, UPS and EMS against your parcel contents and destination.
See courier to New Zealand or courier to Australia for those destinations. Larger urgent goods may suit air freight; small non-urgent cartons may suit Sea Parcel where available.

Delivery options
Send the complete address before booking. Remote areas, islands and PO Boxes may have different delivery options. Tell us about batteries, liquids or other restricted contents so we can check the carrier’s rules.
The receiver may need to provide customs documents or an importer number and pay local import charges. See our international shipping requirements for what to prepare. If courier is unsuitable, we can separately check air freight.

Clear customs and deliver
Before sending the parcel, confirm the collection or drop-off point in China and the booking reference. Provide an accurate description and value of the contents, including any batteries or liquids.
The receiver should be available to answer customs or delivery questions. The documents and importer details needed depend on the goods and destination country.
Shipping time
and costs
Ask for an estimated delivery time for your chosen service and postcode. Collection times, security checks, flights, customs and the delivery location can affect the date.
Check the total courier price, including any remote-area or service charges. Ask who pays duties, taxes and any fee for the courier paying import charges on your behalf. These are included only when your quote says so.

Courier delivery to your overseas address
Send the complete address and receiver’s contact details so we can check the courier network. Remote locations, islands, PO Boxes and restricted addresses need to be checked individually.
Tracking lets you follow the parcel, but customs may still need information from the receiver. For larger goods collected at an airport or depot, compare air freight.

International Express Courier FAQs
Are all named courier networks available for my parcel?
No. The carrier, service, goods and delivery postcode must be checked. We will confirm the carrier for your parcel before booking.
Can samples or gifts be sent without customs details?
Calling an item a sample or gift does not remove customs requirements. Describe the contents and value accurately, and check which documents the destination needs.
Are import charges included in courier transport?
Only if your quote says they are included. Check who pays duties, taxes, local charges and any fee for the courier paying import charges on your behalf.
What if the courier will not accept my cargo?
Commercial air freight or another method may be assessed separately. Rejection by one service does not prove another will accept the goods.
What does the delivery estimate include?
Ask where the journey starts and ends, and whether the estimate includes customs checks and local delivery. The dates depend on your route and the services included in your quote.
What do you need for a quote?
Start with your name, email, destination country and city, and what you are shipping. If known, add the packed size and weight, supplier’s location, date the goods will be ready and the receiver’s details.
Does the under-50kg administration fee apply?
A US$15 administration fee applies under 50kg if you are not sourcing through Prestige Sourcing, across all methods. Send your goods details so we can check the available service.
Where can I check the import requirements?
Use the international customs and shipping guide for documents and checks to prepare before shipping. Check the destination country’s official import guidance and agree who handles customs before sending the goods.
