Is express courier right for you?
Courier combines transport and carrier delivery within one network. Service options include DHL, FedEx, UPS and EMS, subject to the actual cargo and destination. We check the carrier against your parcel contents and delivery postcode before booking.
Compare commercial air freight for larger urgent cargo or a different handling plan. For flexible timing, review sea parcel. The China to Australia freight comparison helps you compare all shipping options.

We match the courier service to your parcel and address. Send each parcel’s length, width, height, weight and contents, plus the full Australian delivery address. Tell us about batteries, liquids and restricted items. Wait until we confirm that the courier can carry them.
We check PO Box acceptance because courier and postal services have different address rules. Regional or remote delivery may take longer or cost extra. Compare air cargo if the parcel network is unsuitable.

Clear and deliver
Before booking, we check the parcel contents, weight and packed size. We also agree whether pickup is available or your supplier needs to deliver to a courier location in China.
The goods must meet Australian customs and biosecurity requirements. The courier then delivers to the agreed address. Give us a phone number for the receiver so they can answer customs or delivery questions.
Shipping time
and costs
We explain the estimated journey for your chosen courier service. Collection, checks in China, available flights, customs and your delivery postcode can affect the dates.
We set out the shipping price, including any fuel or remote-area charges, and clarify who pays duties, taxes and any fee for the courier paying import charges on your behalf. These costs are not automatically included in courier transport.

Courier delivery in Australia
Courier services reach many Australian business and home addresses. We check the exact postcode and parcel details before confirming the service. We will confirm whether the selected service can deliver to a PO Box before booking.
For larger goods needing airport or depot handling, compare air freight. Door-to-door freight can help coordinate several transport stages through to your address.

Shipping under 50kg? A 15 USD administration fee applies if you are not sourcing through Prestige Sourcing. This applies to all shipping methods.
For most shipments under 100kg, you or your supplier will need to arrange delivery to the nominated warehouse in China. You can enquire before you know the supplier’s location. We will help confirm the pickup or warehouse-delivery arrangements before your goods are sent.

Australia Express Courier FAQs
Can I send to an Australian PO Box?
Some couriers need a street address. Send the full address and postcode so we can check whether a suitable service accepts your PO Box before you book.
Do samples avoid import requirements?
Calling an item a sample does not by itself remove customs, product or biosecurity requirements. Give an accurate description and value for review.
Why can a lightweight parcel cost more than expected?
A large, light parcel may cost more because it takes up more space. Couriers call this volumetric weight. Minimum charges and extra costs for some delivery locations can also affect the price. Send the parcel measurements, weight and postcode and we will explain the calculation for your shipment.
Does courier shipping include import duties and taxes?
Import duties and taxes are included only where stated in your quote. We explain who pays each charge before booking; customs-paperwork handling alone does not include payment of those charges.
What does the delivery estimate include?
We explain where your estimate starts in China and whether it ends at a port, depot or your Australian address. Timing allows for the agreed journey, including customs and biosecurity checks, and remains an estimate.
What do you need for a quote?
Start with your name, email, Australian destination and what you are shipping. If known, add the packed size and weight, supplier’s location, date the goods will be ready and any delivery or unloading needs.
Does the under-50kg administration fee apply?
A 15 USD administration fee applies under 50kg if you are not sourcing through Prestige Sourcing, across all methods. Send your goods details so we can check the available service.
Where can I check the import requirements?
We coordinate customs clearance with the broker handling your shipment and tell you what information is needed. You are responsible for supplying accurate and complete factual information about the goods, including the description, quantity, value, contents/materials and supporting documents. We flag obvious issues where we can, but cannot verify undisclosed or incorrect information. Customs or other authorities may request evidence or inspect the shipment.
Our Australian customs and delivery guide provides supporting information about import and delivery requirements.
