Is door-to-door right for you?

Delivery options
Agree who collects the goods in China, provides the shipping documents, handles customs at the destination and pays each charge. We also need the receiver’s contact details and delivery address.
Door-to-door delivery does not automatically include duties and taxes. DDP means Delivered Duty Paid and is a separate purchase arrangement that needs to be agreed. If delivery to your address is unavailable, we can discuss a depot or terminal option and confirm who arranges the rest of the journey.

Coordinate transport
Receive your goods
First, agree whether your supplier will deliver to the nominated warehouse in China or whether pickup can be arranged. The quote then sets out shipping, customs help and delivery, including who handles each step.
For a full container, plan unloading and return of the empty container. For shared sea freight, the goods are unpacked before collection or delivery. Air freight and parcel services have their own arrival and delivery arrangements.
Shipping time
and costs
Ask for an estimate from the agreed starting point in China to your delivery address. The date depends on when the goods are ready, available transport, customs checks and local delivery arrangements.
Check the total price and any extra costs. Duties, taxes, permits, inspections, storage, waiting time and special unloading equipment are included only if your quote says so. Agree who approves and pays any extra work.
