We first confirm whether pickup is available or your supplier needs to deliver to the warehouse in China. Your goods then travel to Australia by the booked sea, air, parcel or courier service.
We coordinate customs clearance with the relevant broker and let you know what information or documents are required. You provide accurate product, value and supporting information for the declaration. The goods need to complete Australian customs and biosecurity checks before the local carrier can deliver them to the agreed address.

Shipping under 50kg? A 15 USD administration fee applies if you are not sourcing through Prestige Sourcing. This applies to all shipping methods.
For most shipments under 100kg, you or your supplier will need to arrange delivery to the nominated warehouse in China. You can enquire before you know the supplier’s location. We will help confirm the pickup or warehouse-delivery arrangements before your goods are sent.

Does door-to-door mean DDP?
Door-to-door is not the same as DDP. Your quote will state whether duties, GST and other import charges are included or payable separately.
Is depot collection door-to-door delivery?
A depot-collection service ends at the depot. Tell us if you want to arrange the remaining transport yourself or would like us to check delivery to your address; we will quote the agreed option.
Can the delivery driver unload heavy cargo?
Only where the agreed service includes suitable equipment and handling. Provide cargo weights, access details and your unloading facilities before booking.
What if my Australian address is remote?
The exact postcode, cargo and available carrier determine the options. Send us the address and we will check any additional transfers or depot options before dispatch.
What does the delivery estimate include?
We explain where your estimate starts in China and whether it ends at a port, depot or your Australian address. Timing allows for the agreed journey, including customs and biosecurity checks, and remains an estimate.
What do you need for a quote?
Start with your name, email, Australian destination and what you are shipping. If known, add the packed size and weight, supplier’s location, date the goods will be ready and any delivery or unloading needs.
Does the under-50kg administration fee apply?
A 15 USD administration fee applies under 50kg if you are not sourcing through Prestige Sourcing, across all methods. Send your goods details so we can check the available service.
Where can I check the import requirements?

Who is responsible for the information declared to Customs?
We coordinate the customs-clearance process with the broker handling your shipment and let you know what information is required. You are responsible for making sure the factual information you or your supplier provide about the goods is accurate and complete, including the product description, quantity, value, contents/materials and any supporting documents. We’ll flag obvious issues where we can, but we can’t verify information that has not been disclosed or has been provided incorrectly. Customs or other authorities may also request supporting evidence or inspect the shipment.
