We will confirm what importer information and documents are required for clearance at the destination and coordinate with the relevant clearance agent. Tell us if you need onward delivery and we will check the available transport; an airport-only quote ends at the airport.

Tell us about remote locations, connecting transport or equipment needed to unload. Door-to-door freight can help coordinate those stages; express courier may suit a smaller parcel.

Shipping under 50kg? A 15 USD administration fee applies if you are not sourcing through Prestige Sourcing. This applies to all shipping methods.
For most shipments under 100kg, you or your supplier will need to arrange delivery to the nominated warehouse in China. You can enquire before you know the supplier’s location. We will help confirm the pickup or warehouse-delivery arrangements before your goods are sent.

Can I get a quote for airport-to-airport shipping?
Tell us the starting point in China and the destination airport. We will check the available service and explain handling, customs arrangements and any stages you would arrange separately. If you need onward delivery, include the final address so we can assess that too.
Is volumetric weight the same for every air service?
No. Airlines and services can use different calculations. Send each package’s final size and actual weight. We will explain which weight is used for your quote and whether rounding or a minimum charge applies.
Are restricted goods accepted worldwide?
We need to check the product, packing, airline and destination before confirming that it can travel. Send full details, including any batteries, liquids or chemicals.
What import requirements apply to my destination?
Each country has its own goods, paperwork and customs rules. Tell us the destination and we will help clarify the customs arrangements for your shipment. Our New Zealand and Australia freight pages cover those destinations.
What does the delivery estimate include?
We explain the starting and finishing points of your estimate, including the agreed customs and local delivery stages. Dates depend on your route and the services included in your quote.
What do you need for a quote?
Start with your name, email, destination country and city, and what you are shipping. If known, add the packed size and weight, supplier’s location, date the goods will be ready and the receiver’s details.
Does the under-50kg administration fee apply?
A 15 USD administration fee applies under 50kg if you are not sourcing through Prestige Sourcing, across all methods. Send your goods details so we can check the available service.
Where can I check the import requirements?
We coordinate customs clearance with the relevant destination clearance agent and tell you what information is needed. You are responsible for supplying accurate and complete factual information about the goods, including the description, quantity, value, contents/materials and supporting documents. We flag obvious issues where we can, but cannot verify undisclosed or incorrect information. Customs or other authorities may request evidence or inspect the shipment.
