If delivery to your address is unavailable, we can discuss a depot or terminal option and confirm who arranges the rest of the journey.

FROM SUPPLIER TO DELIVERY

How door-to-door works

01

Plan collection and delivery

Send the supplier’s location in China, your delivery address and any access restrictions.
02

Check delivery is available

We check delivery availability. Agree who provides the paperwork and handles customs at the destination.
03

Coordinate transport

Your goods travel by the agreed sea, air, parcel or courier service.
04

Receive your goods

After customs checks are complete, arrange the agreed delivery time and unloading.

First, agree whether your supplier will deliver to the nominated warehouse in China or whether pickup can be arranged. The quote then sets out shipping, customs help and delivery, including who handles each step.

For a full container, plan unloading and return of the empty container. For shared sea freight, the goods are unpacked before collection or delivery. Air freight and parcel services have their own arrival and delivery arrangements.

Shipping time
and costs

Ask for an estimate from the agreed starting point in China to your delivery address. The date depends on when the goods are ready, available transport, customs checks and local delivery arrangements.

Check the total price and any extra costs. Duties, taxes, permits, inspections, storage, waiting time and special unloading equipment are included only if your quote says so. Agree who approves and pays any extra work.

Before your goods arrive

Who handles customs?

Agree who handles customs paperwork and provides any product information required at the destination.

Check your delivery address

Send the full address, receiving hours and details of truck access and unloading equipment.

If delivery plans change

If delivery plans change, agree where to collect the goods and who arranges the rest of the journey.
